Why Exhibit?

By becoming an Exhibitor or Supporter, you will have the unique opportunity to meet, share, and dialogue with key opinion leaders and decision makers. With nearly 1,000 attendees, this conference includes attendees who are involved in clinical and basic science research and represent domestic and international universities, for-profit, and not-for-profit organizations focusing on chronic diseases such as diabetes, HIV and AIDS, hypertension, asthma, cancer, and heart disease. As an exhibitor or supporter, you will meet attendees and exchange information about products and services directly related to the conduct of bench, clinical and community-based research activities.

To ensure a valuable and quality exhibition, the program planning committee reserves the right to accept or reject, in its sole and absolute discretion, an application to exhibit, and to determine the eligibility of any exhibitor for inclusion in the Symposium. Applications to exhibit will be accepted or rejected based on availability of exhibit space and the proposed exhibitor's products and/or services. Acceptance of an application to exhibit will not provide endorsement of the products or services of the exhibitor by the Symposium as a whole, any participating or attending university, institution, or other entity involved.

Assignment of space will be on a first-come, first-served basis and at the sole discretion of the program planning committee.


Advertisement Opportunities

In addition to exhibit space, we are providing an opportunity for advertisement in the RCMI2012 Program Syllabus. Institutions can share upcoming educational events, career opportunities, and the like. Commercial product endorsements and promotional activities are prohibited. All ads must be reviewed for appropriateness and will be accepted accordingly. For inquiries, contact exhibitors@rcmibiennial.org.

Fees per Advertisement - for discounted rates to apply, funds must be received by the respective deadline. Ads may be submitted in Illustrator, EPS, TIFF, or Photoshop files (minimum 300 DPI, with 1/4" margin and 1/4" bleed)

CANCELLATIONS

Notification of booth space cancellation must be submitted in writing to the RCMI2012 Secretariat. Cancellations occurring prior to October 5, 2012 will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after October 5, 2012. Refunds will be distributed no later than 30 days after the close of the Symposium.
